This week feels extra special- it's our third wedding anniversary! It’s funny how food weaves itself through every milestone. I still remember our wedding cake (and the slices we kept for a year in the freezer to eat on our first anniversary). Over the past three years, my husband and I have built so many little traditions around the table, from cozy Friday night dinners to fancy breakfasts with our daughter and my husband's amazing 'greek' inspired hashbrowns.
It reminds me that the best meals aren’t just about the recipes, they’re about the people you share them with. And while life these days is more toddler chaos than candlelit dinners, I still love the excuse to make something special.
